We've set up a customer service and support channel at GetSatisfaction.com!

GetSatisfaction is an innovative new site that lets anyone add comments, ask questions, submit ideas and participate in discussions that will shape cl.ickable.

GetSatisfaction is extremely cool and featureful. It has RSS feeds, lots of ways to give and comment on feedback, and can function as a real-time Frequently Asked Questions. I also like the "overheard" tab.
